Every Home Alone pet carer adores
animals and enjoys working with them all day, every day. We
recognise that each pet is a valued family member so we strive to
care for your animals as we do our own. We are fully insured, very
reliable and experienced.
We offer a range of pet exercise
and pet care services, 365 days of the year.
All dogs require
attention, stimulation and lots of fun. So at Home Alone we provide
a walking service for busy people’s dogs or for dogs whose parents
just want them to have fun with other dogs! Home Alone can provide a
walk for your dog to suit his or her individual requirements. We
will collect your dog from your home, drive in air-conditioned
comfort to a dog-friendly park where she or he will romp off-leash
for an hour. We then return them home for a well earned rest. We
take carefully matched groups of dogs out on each group walk. These groups are
arranged so that your dog is taken on a walk with other dogs that
complement his or her temperament and energy level. For
instance, younger and more energetic dogs are walked together for
vigorous exercise and fun. Dogs who are inclined towards gentler
exercise and general mooching about can do so with like-minded
canine pals. Each dog in our care must be compatible with other dogs
and trustworthy off-leash in the park. Where required, we also
provide individual one-one one walks.
We take walks out every day of the year. Walks can be arranged on a regular
or casual basis.
Most pets prefer the
comfort and security of their own home when their parents are
on holiday.
Home Alone’s pet sitting service offers
an alternative to boarding kennels for those times when
you need to be away from home and are unable to take your pet
with you.
We strive to maintain your pet’s normal routine. We do this
by visiting your home once or twice a day, taking your dog for
a walk with a small group of other dogs, feeding him/her on
our return, feeding your cat, fish etc., refreshing water bowls,
combing or brushing pets, and staying with them while they eat
the food you have chosen for them. |
|
| If required, we will administer
medication, dispose of pet’s waste, collect mail, turn lights
on and off, put your rubbish out. Plant watering is available
for a small additional charge, depending on your garden’s
size.

Getting Started – Dog
walking | Before your dog
joins us as regular or casual customer, we visit your home to meet
you and your pet. We will ask you a series of questions to make sure
that your dog is compatible with the type of services we provide and
most importantly, to match him or her up with the other dogs she or
he will walk with. This also gives you and your pet the chance to
meet us so you can be sure that you want to hire us. When we’ve all
agreed to the best type of care, we create a file for you and your
pet, sign an agreement, collect any keys required and agree to a
time and day/s for walking.
